SEC. 918. CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN. The Commandant of the Coast Guard shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate the Coast Guard’s 5-year capital investment plan concurrent with the President’s budget submission for each fiscal year.
