SEC. 424. FARMERS MARKET NUTRITION PROGRAM. Section 17(m)(9) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1786(m)(9)) is amended by striking subparagraph (A) and inserting the following:“(A) Authorization of appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection 124 STAT. 3261 such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2015.”.
