SEC. 402. FOOD SAFETY AUDITS AND REPORTS BY STATES. Section 9(h) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(h)) is amended—(1) in paragraph (3), by striking “2006 through 2010” and inserting “2011 through 2015”; and(2) in paragraph (4), by striking “2006 through 2010” and inserting “2011 through 2015”.
