SEC. 702. CREDIT FOR REFINED COAL FACILITIES.(a) In General.—Subparagraph (B) of section 45(d)(8) is amended by striking “January 1, 2010” and inserting “January 1, 2012”.(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall apply to facilities placed in service after December 31, 2009.
