Sec. 622. Section 36 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. 80a–35) is amended— (1) by striking out “loans” in paragraph (4) of subsection (b) and inserting in lieu thereof “loads”; (2) by redesignating subsection (d) as subsection (c); and (3) in subsection (c) (as so redesignated), by striking out “through (c)” and inserting in lieu thereof “and (b)”.
