SEC. 2302. SPECIAL RULE FOR URBANIZED FORMULA GRANTS. Section 5307(b)(2) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—(1) in the paragraph heading, by striking “December 31, 2010” and inserting “March 4, 2011”;(2) in subparagraph (A) by striking “December 31, 2010” and inserting “March 4, 2011”; and(3) in subparagraph (E)—(A) in the paragraph heading, by striking “December 31, 2010” and inserting “March 4, 2011”; and(B) in the matter preceding clause (i) by striking “December 31, 2010” and inserting “March 4, 2011”.124 STAT. 3527
