Economic Development Administration economic development assistance programs For an additional amount for “Economic Development Assistance Programs”, $40,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2010: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading shall be for Trade Adjustment Assistance for Communities under subchapter A, chapter 4, title II of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2371 et seq.) and Trade Adjustment Assistance for Firms under chapter 3, title II of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2341 et seq.).
