Sec. 601. Notwithstanding sections 12112, 55102, and 55103 of title 46, United States Code, the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating shall issue a certificate of documentation with appropriate endorsement for engaging in 123 STAT. 1882 the coastwise trade in the State of Alabama for the drydock ALABAMA (United States official number 641504).
