Sec. 503. Title V of division D of the Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009 (Public Law 111–8) is amended under the heading “Federal Communications Commission” by striking the first proviso and inserting the following: “Provided, That of the funds provided, not less than $3,000,000 shall be available for developing a national 123 STAT. 1880 broadband plan pursuant to title VI of division B of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5) and for carrying out any other responsibility pursuant to that title:”.
