Sec. 1201. Section 1937(d) of Public Law 109–59 (119 Stat. 1144, 1510) is amended—(1) in paragraph (1) by striking “expenditures” each place that it appears and inserting “allocations”; and(2) in paragraph (2) by striking “expenditure” and inserting “allocation”.
