SEC. 101. GENERAL DEFINITIONS. Section 202 (20 U.S.C. 9101) is amended—(1) by redesignating paragraphs (2) through (7) as paragraphs (3) through (8), respectively; and(2) by inserting after paragraph (1) the following:“(2) Digital literacy skills.—The term ‘digital literacy skills’ means the skills associated with using technology to enable users to find, evaluate, organize, create, and communicate information.”.
