AUTHORIZATIONS OF APPROPRIATIONS AND MATCHING REQUIREMENT.

SEC. 1003. AUTHORIZATIONS OF APPROPRIATIONS AND MATCHING REQUIREMENT.(a) Teachers for a Competitive Tomorrow.—Section 6116 (20 U.S.C. 9816) is amended to read as follows:“SEC. 6116. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. “There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part $4,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2011 through 2013, of which—“(1) $2,000,000 shall be available to carry out section 6113 for each of fiscal years 2011 through 2013; and“(2) $2,000,000 shall be available to carry out section 6114 for each of fiscal years 2011 through 2013.” .(b) Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate Programs and Matching Requirement.—Section 6123 (20 U.S.C. 9833) is amended—(1) in subsection (h)(1)—(A) by striking “100” and inserting “50”; and(B) by striking “200” and inserting “100”; and(2) by striking subsection (l) and inserting the following:124 STAT. 4049 “(l) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2011 through 2013.”.(c) Alignment of Education Programs.—Section 6201(j), as redesignated by section 1002(b)(3), is amended to read as follows:“(j) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $120,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2011 and 2012.”.
