Sec. 105. (a) Within sixty days after the enactment of this Act, the United States, acting through the Secretary of Labor (or an official of the Department of Labor duly authorized by the Secretary of Labor) shall convey to the State of Oregon without consideration, all rights, title, and interest of the United States, in real property described in subsection (b) (and any improvements thereon). (b) The real property referred to in subsection (a) is that property commonly known as the “Emerald Heights Housing Complex” located in the city of Astoria, Clatsop County, Oregon. This title may be cited as the “Department of Labor Appropriations Act, 1990”.
