SEC. 922. MODIFICATION OF ATTENDEES AT PROCEEDINGS OF INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE INTEGRATION COUNCIL.(a) Findings.—Section 923(a)(4) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (Public Law 108–163; 117 124 STAT. 4331 Stat. 1574; 10 U.S.C. 426 note) is amended by striking “National Foreign Intelligence Program (NFIP), Joint Military Intelligence Program (JMIP), and Tactical Intelligence and Related Activities Program (TIARA)” and inserting “National Intelligence Program (NIP) and a Military Intelligence Program (MIP)”.(b) Additional Authorized Attendees.—Section 426(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:“(4) Each Secretary of a military department may designate an officer or employee of such military department to attend the proceedings of the Council as a representative of such military department.”.
