SEC. 584. EXPANSION AND CONTINUATION OF JOINT FAMILY SUPPORT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Section 675 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109–364; 119 Stat. 2273; 10 U.S.C. 1781 note) is amended—(1) in subsection (b)—(A) by striking “not more than” and inserting “not less than”; and(B) by striking “Up to” and inserting “At least”; and124 STAT. 4229(2) in subsection (h), by striking “at the end of the three-year period beginning on the date on which funds are first obligated for the program” and inserting “on December 31, 2012”.
