SEC. 1412. REVISION TO REQUIRED RECEIPT OBJECTIVES FOR PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED DISPOSALS FROM THE NATIONAL DEFENSE STOCKPILE. Section 3402(b)(5) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (50 U.S.C. 98d note), as most recently amended by section 1412(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110–181; 122 Stat. 418), is amended by striking “$710,000,000” and inserting “$730,000,000”.
