SEC. 1513. DEFENSE HEALTH PROGRAM. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2011 for expenses, not otherwise provided for, for the Defense Health Program in the amount of $1,398,092,000 for operation and maintenance.
