TECHNICAL AMENDMENT TO REFLECT MULTI-INCREMENT FISCAL YEAR 2010 PROJECT.

SEC. 2205. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT TO REFLECT MULTI-INCREMENT FISCAL YEAR 2010 PROJECT. Section 2204 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (division B of Public Law 111–84; 123 Stat. 2634) is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by adding at the end the following new paragraph:“(14) For the construction of the first increment of a tertiary water treatment plant at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California, authorized by section 2201(a), $112,330,000.”; and(2) in subsection (b), by adding at the end the following new paragraph:“(7) $30,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2201(a) for North Region Tertiary Treatment Plant, Camp Pendleton, California).”.
