SEC. 2107. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2010 PROJECT. In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (division B of Public Law 111–84; 123 Stat. 2628) for Fort Riley, Kansas, for construction of a Brigade Complex at the installation, the Secretary of the Army may construct up to a 40,100 square-feet brigade headquarters consistent with the Army’s construction guidelines for brigade headquarters.
