SEC. 2814. REPEAL OF EXPIRED AUTHORITY TO LEASE LAND FOR SPECIAL OPERATIONS ACTIVITIES.(a) Repeal.—Section 2680 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed.(b) Effect of Repeal.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall not affect the validity of any contract entered into under section 2680 of title 10, United States Code, on or before September 30, 2005.(c) Clerical Amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 159 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 2680.
