SEC. 617. GAO REPORT ON MEDICAID MANAGED CARE PAYMENT RATES. Not later than 18 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit a report to the Committee on Finance of the Senate and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives analyzing the extent to which State payment rates for medicaid managed care organizations under Medicaid are actuarially sound.123 STAT. 104
