ENVIRONMENTAL AND OTHER DEFENSE ACTIVITIES Defense Environmental Cleanup For an additional amount for “Defense Environmental Cleanup,” $5,127,000,000. Construction, Rehabilitation, Operation, and Maintenance, Western Area Power Administration For carrying out the functions authorized by title III, section 302(a)(1)(E) of the Act of August 4, 1977 (42 U.S.C. 7152), and other related activities including conservation and renewable resources programs as authorized, $10,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the Administrator shall establish such personnel staffing levels as he deems necessary to economically and efficiently complete the activities pursued under the authority granted by section 402 of this Act: Provided further, That this appropriation is non-reimbursable.
