Sec. 201. Sections 1701(g) and 1704(c) of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3796dd(g) and 3796dd–3(c)) shall not apply with respect to funds appropriated in this or any other Act making appropriations for fiscal year 2009 or 2010 for Community Oriented Policing Services authorized under part Q of such Act of 1968.123 STAT. 132
