Sec. 806. Mandatory Pell Grants. Section 401(b)(9)(A) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1070a(b)(9)(A)) is amended—(1) in clause (ii), by striking “$2,090,000,000” and inserting “$2,733,000,000”; and(2) in clause (iii), by striking “$3,030,000,000” and inserting “$3,861,000,000”.
