notification concerning aircraft in central america Sec. 532. (a) During the current fiscal year, the authorities of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Arms Export Control Act may not be used to make available any helicopters or other aircraft for military use, and licenses may not be issued under section 38 of the Arms Export Control Act for the export of any such aircraft, to any country in Central America unless the Committees on Appropriations, the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate are notified in writing at least fifteen days in advance. (b) During the current fiscal year, the Secretary of State shall promptly notify the committees designated in subsection (a) whenever any helicopters or other aircraft for military use are provided to any country in Central America by any foreign country.
