AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
SEC. 4. [15 U.S.C. 313d note] AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act—
(1) $13,500,000 for fiscal year 2019;
(2) $13,750,000 for fiscal year 2020;
(3) $14,000,000 for fiscal year 2021;
(4) $14,250,000 for fiscal year 2022; and
(5) $14,500,000 for fiscal year 2023.
