DEFINITIONS.
SEC. 121. [33 U.S.C. 1971] DEFINITIONS.
In this subtitle:
(1) Prize competition.—The term “prize competition” means the competition for the award of the Genius Prize for Save Our Seas Innovations established under section 122.
(2) Secretary.—The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Commerce.
