SEC. 246. SMALL HYDROELECTRIC POWER PROJECTS. Section 408(a)(6) of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 2708(a)(6)) is amended by striking “April 20, 1977” and inserting “July 22, 2005”.
