NATIONAL LABORATORY DESIGNATION.
SEC. 991. [42 U.S.C. 16355] NATIONAL LABORATORY DESIGNATION.
After the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall not designate a facility that is not listed in section 2(3) as a National Laboratory.
