SEC. 411. STUDY OF BUFFERING AND NEUTRALIZING AGENTS. There are authorized to be appropriated to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service of the Department of the Interior an amount equal to $250,000 to fund a study to be conducted in conjunction with the University of Wyoming of the effectiveness of various buffering and neutralizing agents used to restore lakes and streams damaged by acid deposition. * * * * * * *
