MOTORCYCLE CRASH CAUSATION STUDY GRANTS.

SEC. 5511. MOTORCYCLE CRASH CAUSATION STUDY GRANTS. (a) Grants.—The Secretary shall provide grants to the Oklahoma Transportation Center for the purpose of conducting a comprehensive, in-depth motorcycle crash causation study that employs the common international methodology for in-depth motorcycle accident investigation of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. (b) Funding.—Of the amounts made available under section 5101(a)(1) of this Act, $1,408,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 and 2007 shall be available to carry out this section.
