SEC. 11124. CERTAIN SIGHTSEEING FLIGHTS EXEMPT FROM TAXES ON AIR TRANSPORTATION. * * * * * * * (b) [16 U.S.C. 4281 note] Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall apply with respect to transportation beginning after September 30, 2005, but shall not apply to any amount paid before such date for such transportation.
