SEC. 3002. COOK INLET, ALASKA. Section 118(a)(3) of the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2005 (title I of division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005; 118 Stat. 2945) is amended by inserting “as part of the operation and maintenance of such project modification” after “by the Secretary”.
