SEC. 3031. SACRAMENTO RIVER BANK PROTECTION, CALIFORNIA. Section 202 of the River Basin Monetary Authorization Act of 1974 (88 Stat. 49) is amended by striking “and the monetary authorization” and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting “; except that the lineal feet in the second phase shall be increased from 405,000 lineal feet to 485,000 lineal feet.”.
