SEC. 245. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR RESEARCH. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Attorney General to carry out sections 241, 242, and 243 of this chapter, $5,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
