SEC. 5312. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR PARTS B THROUGH D OF TITLE VIII. Section 871 of the Public Health Service Act, as redesignated and moved by section 5310, is amended to read as follows: “SEC. 871. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. “For the purpose of carrying out parts B, C, and D (subject to section 851(g)), there are authorized to be appropriated $338,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2011 through 2016.” .
