SEC. 2208. TERMINATION OF SPECIAL ALLOWANCES. Section 438 (20 U.S.C. 1087-1) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(2)(I)— (A) in the subclause heading, by inserting “, and before july 1, 2010” after “2000”; (B) in clause (i), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2000,”; (C) in clause (ii)(II), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2006,”; (D) in clause (iii), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2000,”; (E) in clause (iv), by inserting “and that is disbursed before July 1, 2010,” after “2000,”; (F) in clause (v)(I), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2006,”; and (G) in clause (vi)— (i) in the clause heading, by inserting “, and before july 1, 2010” after “2007”; and (ii) in the matter preceding subclause (I), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2007,”; (2) in subsection (c)— (A) in paragraph (2)(B)— (i) in clause (iii), by inserting “and” after the semicolon; (ii) in clause (iv), by striking “; and” and inserting a period; and (iii) by striking clause (v); and (B) in paragraph (6), by inserting “and first disbursed before July 1, 2010,” after “1992,”; and (3) in subsection (d)(2)(B), by inserting “, and before July 1, 2010” after “2007”.
