CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.
SEC. 2210. CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.
(a) Amendments.—Section 454 (20 U.S.C. 1087d) is amended—
(1) in subsection (a)—
(A) by striking paragraph (4); and
(B) by redesignating paragraphs (5) through (7) as paragraphs (4) through (6), respectively; and
(2) in subsection (b)(2), by striking “(5), (6), and (7)” and inserting “(5), and (6)”.
(b) [20 U.S.C. 1087d note] Effective Date.—The amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect on July 1, 2010.
