SEC. 365. IMPROVING THE REVIEW AUTHORITY OF THE PUBLIC INTEREST DECLASSIFICATION BOARD. Paragraph (5) of section 703(b) of the Public Interest Declassification Act of 2000 (50 U.S.C. 435 note) is amended— (1) by striking “jurisdiction,” and inserting “jurisdiction or by a member of the committee of jurisdiction,”; and (2) by inserting “, to evaluate the proper classification of certain records,” after “certain records”.
