SEC. 424. AUTHORITY TO AUTHORIZE TRAVEL ON A COMMON CARRIER. Subsection (b) of section 116 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 404k) is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting “, who may delegate such authority to other appropriate officials of the Central Intelligence Agency.”.
