SEC. 442. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR COAST GUARD NATIONAL TACTICAL INTEGRATION OFFICE. Title 14, United States Code, is amended— (1) [14 U.S.C. 93] in paragraph (4) of section 93(a), by striking “function” and inserting “function, including research, development, test, or evaluation related to intelligence systems and capabilities,”; and (2) [14 U.S.C. 662] in paragraph (4) of section 662, by inserting “intelligence systems and capabilities or” after “related to”.
