SEC. 806. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO THE INTELLIGENCE REFORM AND TERRORISM PREVENTION ACT OF 2004. (a) Amendments to the National Security Intelligence Reform Act of 2004.—The National Security Intelligence Reform Act of 2004 (title I of Public Law 108-458; 118 Stat. 3643) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (B) of section 1016(e)(10) (6 U.S.C. 485(e)(10)), by striking “Attorney General” the second place it appears and inserting “Department of Justice”; (2) [50 U.S.C. 1802-1805] in subsection (e) of section 1071, by striking “(1)”; and (3) [50 U.S.C. 403g] in subsection (b) of section 1072, in the subsection heading by inserting “Agency” after “Intelligence”. (b) Other Amendments to the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004.—The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-458; 118 Stat. 3638) is amended— (1) in section 2001 (28 U.S.C. 532 note)— (A) in paragraph (1) of subsection (c)— (i) by striking “shall,” and inserting “shall”; and (ii) by inserting “of” before “an institutional culture”; (B) in paragraph (2) of subsection (e), by striking “the National Intelligence Director in a manner consistent with section 112(e)” and inserting “the Director of National Intelligence in a manner consistent with applicable law”; and (C) in subsection (f), by striking “shall,” in the matter preceding paragraph (1) and inserting “shall”; and (2) in section 2006 (28 U.S.C. 509 note)— (A) in paragraph (2), by striking “the Federal” and inserting “Federal”; and (B) in paragraph (3), by striking “the specific” and inserting “specific”.
