TERMINATION.

SEC. 607. TERMINATION. (a) In General.—The Commission shall terminate on the date that is 60 days after the date of the submission of the report required by section 606(a)(2). (b) Transfer of Records.—Upon the termination of the Commission under subsection (a), all records, files, documents, and other materials in the possession, custody, or control of the Commission shall be transferred to the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate and deemed to be records of such Committee.
