SEC. 903. BASIC RESEARCH.
Section 971(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16311(b)) is amended—
(1) in paragraph (3), by striking “and” at the end;
(2) in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and
(3) by adding at the end the following:
“(5) $5,247,000,000 for fiscal year 2011;
“(6) $5,614,000,000 for fiscal year 2012; and
“(7) $6,007,000,000 for fiscal year 2013.”
