SEC. 1620. REPEAL OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY RESEARCH. (a) Repeal.—Subtitle C (sections 1461 through 1471) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act Amendments of 1985 (7 U.S.C. 4701–4710) is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.—The table of contents at the beginning of the Food Security Act of 1985 (Public Law 99–198; 99 Stat. 1354) is amended by striking the items relating to subtitle C of title XIV.
