DEFINITIONS AND AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 1635. [7 U.S.C. 5844] DEFINITIONS AND AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) Definitions.—For purposes of this subtitle: (1) The term “program” means the National Genetic Resources Program. (2) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Agriculture. (3) The term “Director” means the Director of the National Genetic Resources Program. (b) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subtitle— (1) such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2013; and (2) $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2023.
