SEC. 1308. LIMITATIONS ON CLAIMS. Section 139(l) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1) by striking “180 days” and inserting “150 days”; and (2) in paragraph (2) by striking “180 days” and inserting “150 days”.
