BUDGET JUSTIFICATION.

SEC. 1532. [49 U.S.C. 301 note] BUDGET JUSTIFICATION. The Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate a budget justification for each agency of the Department concurrently with the annual budget submission of the President to Congress under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code.
