SEC. 52008. NATIONAL COOPERATIVE FREIGHT RESEARCH. (a) In General.—Section 509 of title 23, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendment.—The analysis for chapter 5 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 509.
