DEFINITIONS.
SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS.
In this Act:
(1) Permittee.—The term permittee means the Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Company, LLC, (Transco), its successors or assigns.
(2) Secretary.—The Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior.
